I take the individual approach and work with you to customize a plan that suits  you!

Here’s how I can help you. . .

Cooking instructions –  Preparing your own food is one of the most important things you can do for your health.  Have some fun cookinfor your friends and family while you learn about healthy cooking.   Group or private classes are available.

Pantry Raid – Together we will go through your pantry and fridge to discover  the good, bad and ugly in your kitchen.   We will talk about how to replace suspect items with them with healthy choices.*

Meal Planning – Provide customized meal plans, shopping lists and recipes for a week full of healthy-delicious meals.*

Shopping Spree – Together we will navigate through your food store while reading labels and  finding nutritious and delicious foods for you and your family.  You will learn that food shopping can be fun, quick and easy!

Transformation Package – This is an all inclusive package for those that want to jump start clean eating habits. This package includes an initial consultation to review your health goals; a pantry raid, one week meal plan with shopping list, shopping spree and one private cooking instruction.

Virtual Transformation Package –  This package is also for those that want to jump start their clean eating habits, but don’t have the time to meet face to face.  It includes, an initial consultation to review your health goals, a pantry raid, two weeks of customized meal plans with shopping lists.
